Success of the Program TEAMWORK!!! Between Military Services Acquisition Community, DCMA, and Comprehensive Subcontracting Plan Participants Team very dependent on DCMA Manassas to provide workload Excellent cooperation and assistance from the DCAA Liaison, we were actually able to issue administrative closeout modifications in cases where exact allowable costs were not identified (through sampling specific orders and applying a low risk to others ) Had to determine if a credit was due the government
