You can search across several databases simultaneously (often called Discovery)

In JBI you need to type the search again

You can search in only CINAHL and have the advantage of using CINAHL Headings.

Tick the box Suggest Subject Terms and add search terms. Click on Search

Select from the list of CINAHL headings and click on Search Database.
