High Level MCAF A further high level Multi Criteria Assessment Framework was undertaken on the options. The MCAF was scored and the resulting scores are as follows: Option 1 = Option 3a = Option 6 = 77 91 76 It was concluded that further analysis would further assist in providing further evidence for the options considered 17 September 2018

Next Steps… Continued communication with the LLF in the ongoing development of Option 6; A public consultation on the basis set out in this End of Stage report; and Further refinement and assessment of options and specific route alignment including more detailed environmental and transport assessment. 17 September 2018

Recommendations for Consultation 17 September 2018

Consultation Consultation is likely to be in November/December 2017 subject to executive board decision; Proposed meeting with a working group from the LLF to discuss consultation; LLF prior to consultation to outline consultation details and chance for feedback; Consultation outcomes to be published in early 2018; Further reporting to GCP Board in summer 2018; Potential consultation on Phase 2 in late 2018. 17 September 2018
