ABOUT US INDARYA Green Power Pvt. Ltd., is basically formed to cater to the needs of Green Energy Globally. It is a multi-dimension and multi tasking company which will address and promote the infrastructure requirements for Green Energy.

ABOUT US INDARYA Green Power Pvt. Ltd. a leading total integrated end to end solution provider in setting up Solar Power plant on a turnkey basis. Our company has a team of technically qualified, trained and experienced professionals with relevant experience in this field, who work in tandem with a comprehensive quality control department, assuring excellence at every stage of setting up this power plant.

OBJECTS OF OUR COMPANY Our Company’s main Object is to Protect the World by stopping carbon emission

OBJECTS OF OUR COMPANY World's current electricity supply is generated from fossil fuels such as coal, oil, natural gas, etc.,

OBJECTS OF OUR COMPANY Traditional energy sources face a number of challenges including rising prices, security concerns over dependence on imports from a limited number of countries and the growing environmental concerns by emitting more carbon into the atmosphere and damaging the Ozone layer which is the key cost of the climatic changes across the world and creating problems for the mankind.

INTEGRATED RENEWABLE ENERGY PARK BIO-MASS & ENERGY PLANTATION OBJECTS OF OUR COMPANY OBJECTS OF OUR COMPANY TO PROMOTE INTEGRATED RENEWABLE ENERGY PARK SOLAR WIND MILL BIO-MASS & ENERGY PLANTATION

OBJECTS OF OUR COMPANY Solar energy is the most readily available source of energy. It is also the most important of the non-conventional sources of energy because it is non-polluting and, therefore, helps to protect our world.

OBJECTS OF OUR COMPANY We are focusing on Renewable Energy and trying to create a carbon less environment in the Power Generation. India receives solar radiation equivalent to over 5000 trillion kWh/year, which is far more than the total energy consumption of the country.

OUR COMPANY Indarya has excellent manufacturing facilities meeting the world-class standards using the state-of-the-art technology. We are the one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers solar Systems. It is the quality, after sales service and value for price, which has made the most wanted product manufacturing company in India and overseas.

Global Electricity Demand According to Energy Information Administration (EIA), the global electricity generation was ~18 trillion kwh in 2006. Of this, Asia, USA and Europe accounted for ~34%, 27% and 20% of the net generation respectively. While conventional thermal contributed ~66% of the global electricity generation, hydro-electric and nuclear energy contributed ~17% and 15% of the global net electricity generation in 2006. The table below summarizes the generation profile by region and by source.

Energy demand in India However, in reality today, over 45 crores people or approximately a third of India’s population has no access to grid electricity today. There are over 80,000 villages in India having no access to electricity. Out of this ~18000 villages do not have access to conventional grid. In areas where electricity access does exist, the supply demand gap has averaged ~8% to 10% over the last 10 years. An approximate of 10 crores rural families rely on kerosene for rural lighting. Today, coal based generation capacity accounts for ~52% of India’s total generation capacity.

PRESENT STATUS

CARBON CREDIT Solar power is pollution free and does not emit waste products or CO2. A 1MW power plant generates ~18 lakhs unit of power annually and prevents ~1815 ton of Carbon-dioxide emission annually

INTEGRATED SOLAR ENERGY PARK OUR PROJECT SETTING UP INTEGRATED SOLAR ENERGY PARK

OUR PROJECT Integrated Solar Energy Park first of its kind in Asia and largest in India with cutting edge technologies.

OUR PROJECT This park will have 300 MW solar power which is again the single largest Renewable energy production in the country from a single location. This Park will be located in 2000 acres of Land in Tamil Nadu, India. 5 acres of land will be allotted per MW to enable smooth production.

OUR PROJECT Our Hi tech park will facilitate manufacturing of 300 MW in 2000 acres of Land and will house all infrastructure includes 230 KV sub-station, 400 KV Grid Evacuation.

OUR PROJECT The State of Art Integrated Solar Energy Park would be setup for a cost of INR. 2700 Crores This park will have the world’s best R & D facilities working consistently to innovate new technological renewable energy sources.

OUR PROJECT The following are the benefits of the Project.   1. You will be owning a power plant which is guaranteed for 25 years of power production. 2. Every one MW produced will be directly connected to the 230 KV Sub-station which is housed inside the park. 3. 24/7 maintenance support for the power plant by the best professional team available. 4. Ensuring the Power Production and connecting it to the higher voltage State Grid will completely avoid the transmission loss. 5. From the Power plant till the Sub-station underground cable will be laid will avoid transmission loss. 6. The Park is located in the best Solar Radiation available area. 7. The Park is fully connected with motor able roads, water, drainage and natural fencing. 8. In future power trading is possible if you own a power plant in this park. 9. Panels / Materials used in this power plant are the world best in nature and supported by the world leading insurance companies towards power production. 10. This Park is going to house 300 units of 1 MW each, is the largest in the country. 11. The excess power produced will be sold to the SPO consumers. 12. By owning the power plant in our park you would gain approximately 15 years of Electricity Production absolutely free. 13. REC certificate per MW production.

OUR PROJECT Tidco-Indarya Solar Park Independent Power plant   1. Grid Evacuation to the nearest sub-station needs to identified, mostly 33/110 KV. 1. Inside our park 230 KV substation is available. 2. These Sub-stations are mostly end distribution sub-stations and will supply power to the location in and around that area. 2. 230 KV Sub-station grid will be connected only to 400KV, which is main grid of TNEB. 3. When Sub-stations draws power from the main grid, it would discard your input power leading to loss of power. 3. Electricity produced will be transmitted and accounted without any loss. 4. Transmission loss is very heavy 4. Usually 230 KV transmission loss is very negligible. 5. Power Loss/Power production loss would lead to heavy Financial impact. 5. No power loss and hence financial projections will come true. 6. Benefits of obtaining REC procedure as independent power plant is more cumbersome. 6. REC procedures handled by us professionally. 7. Net Cost of setting up power plant including connectivity is very expensive. Loan repayment will take about 10 years. 7. Net Cost would be very cheap, repayment will happen in 5 to 6 years time.
