C3RS Program Update As of March 22th 2016 - C3RS in effect System-Wide All crafts, all locations including Amtrak territories (Harold, PSCC and Penn Station). Tenant/Host agreement was signed and approved by the FRA on March 22nd. LIRR, MNR, and NJT have attended each other’s PRT meetings sharing lessons-learned and best practices. Long Island Rail Road

Conductor Car Markers To Address: Station Run by; Misplatform; Door Open Off The PRT prepared a Conductor car marker pilot for consideration by the Support Team, however it was discovered that the Transportation Department had also piloted a car marker program that is in progress.
