WINS AND LEARNINGS What were your successes this week? Did you have any learning opportunities? Did you decrease your sugar intake? How about artificial sweeteners? How are you doing with cravings?

YOU ARE “WHY” YOU EAT Poll of 1,300 psychologists cited emotions as the top obstacle If we don’t deal with our emotions, they build up over time. The best way to keep our emotions from interfering is to listen to them. 64
