Scalable Pilot for DEVELOP Phase Level 1: Workshops Purpose: Skill acquisition on relevant development software. Format: Classroom-based, hands-on training. Impact: Bridges the development gap for percentage of faculty. Level 2: Open Labs Purpose: Problem resolution of specific technical challenges. Format: Lab-based, staffed by instructional technologists. Impact: Advances course development by removing barriers that otherwise impede progress. Level 3: Individual Assistance Purpose: Collaborative development culminating in course deployment. Led by an instructional technologist. Format: One on one meetings between faculty and designer, plus regularly scheduled development sessions.
