2018 Open Enrollment Input Method 3 options Preferred Method – Online open enrollment through employee portal. This provides the best user experience for the participant and the administrator. It allows participants to enroll directly online while an administrator can review when the process is complete. 2018 Open Enrollment Debit Card Information All existing employees enrolled in applicable plans will already have debit cards. Debit cards are good for three years. New hires and new participants will receive their debit card by 01/10/18 if enrollment is completed by 12/15/17 Debit cards will be received by 1/01/18 if enrollment is completed by 12/8/17
