Rationale Direct instruction followed by application and classroom coaching will enhance chances of successful implementation. The initial model school training will promote conversation and excitement around transitioning to a Google School. Application will require teachers to put new learning to immediate use and follow up coaching will ensure the new application is successful in a supportive environment. Teachers will better retain what they have learned. The school will create an environment that encourages collaboration and collegiality among all staff.

…and the students? We began with a school wide survey, created a commercial to teach teachers and students what it means to practice good digital citizenship habits, each month we highlight a different component. We developed the plan through the Shared decision committee. Skit talked about bad decision making online, THINK before you post, FOMO. Monthly topics Digital Footprint, monitoring online hours and habits, choosing to spend less time online
