Rationale Direct instruction followed by application and classroom coaching will enhance chances of successful implementation. The initial model school training will promote conversation and excitement around transitioning to a Google School. Application will require teachers to put new learning to immediate use and follow up coaching will ensure the new application is successful in a supportive environment. Teachers will better retain what they have learned. The school will create an environment that encourages collaboration and collegiality among all staff.
