THE JOHN 3:16 PROJECT

There are approximately 7 billion people on the planet right now—thousands of languages, cultures, and daily experiences going on simultaneously. Jesus has commanded us to go forth to all the different people groups of the world and make disciples. One of the most beloved Bible verses is John 3:16, which tells just how much God loves the people of the world; He loves them enough to send His Son to die for them. We are going to participate in a project that captures the essence of this idea.

Choose a language that is not your native language and learn how to say John 3:16 in that language by heart. 太棒了!

You will need to… Choose a foreign language Memorize John 3:16 in that language by heart Provide a script of John 3:16 in that language to the teacher Be able to perform in front of the class on the due date

Tips and Hints… Find a video of someone saying the verse and follow along with the matching script. Practice everyday for a few minutes. Choose a language from a culture in which you are interested. Remember the fact that there are so many people in the world who need to hear the Good News about Jesus Christ Ask around your school, your neighborhood, your church, etc. Maybe there is someone who can help you with a foreign language.
