Resources and Directions Record Keeping Spreadsheet Interactive Dice Download the spreadsheet and save it to your desktop. Roll the dice 25 times. Record your results as you go. Save and print when you are done. Don’t forget to put it in my hand-in folder. Next
Now Let’s Play in PowerPoint… Click “esc” to get the PowerPoint to “edit mode.” Copy your bar graph from Microsoft Excel by holding down “ctrl”, clicking the mouse on the graph, and click “copy.” Delete the text on the slide and paste your graph by holding down “ctrl”, clicking the mouse, then click “paste.” Point the mouse where you want to type and click to answer each question. Creating a Circle Graph On the next page, use your data to create a pie chart like the chart on the right. Double click on the blank bar graph and enter the data into the spreadsheet. When your data is entered, click “graph” then “quit and return to learning activity.” Finally, compare and contrast bar graphs and circle graphs by answering the questions. Next
