Flourishing Disciples How? Making this the focus of growth for next 2 years Focus on personal discipleship as foundational Retreat to dream about future reality of a disciple-making culture and making a simple plan for disciple-making (Coach led) focused on seven roots. Meet with Discipleship coach 15 times to keep the creation of the disciple -making culture moving forward Cost: $1,000 (ECO pays for coach)

Book study, videos and spiritual autobiographies Engage in Two Retreats: Video taught and on-site led by Facilitator Building a Healthy Session and Building a Healthy Team Alignment (of our mission, vision and values) Participate in a “Flourishing Leader Learning Community” (virtually) with a coach and other churches Cost: $1,000

Succession Planning 40% of senior/solo pastors are over the age of 60 We have options to engage in the process. Partnered with Will Heath at Auxano for a process born out of intensive research.

Process Full-day on-site with the elders Follow up half day virtual meeting to map out the individualized process for transition. 3 months of follow up coaching for implementation

Pastoral Search Assistance Partnered with Professional Dynametrics Programs (PDP) who have a proprietary behavioral diagnostic tool called ProScan.

Step #1 Onsite meeting with the nominating committee to help them determine and refine a clear profile of characteristics that are needed for the position.

Step #2 Give ProScans to the those who are selected for the interview stage.

Step #3 The consultant interviews the candidates and gives input to the nominating committee.

Church Transformation Cohort Adapted from Paul Borden Paul’s History – American Baptist Association of the West Went from 20% growing to 72% growing in 10 years Developed process with other denominations Working with us in western Pennsylvania. Recommendations are overhauls and not tweaks

Church Transformation Cohort Adapted from Paul Borden Two Year Pastor Learning Community –monthly sessions (4-5 hours) to discuss various topics related to transformation. Mixture of online and face to face meetings. 4 Day - Church Health Consultation 15 Months of on-going coaching
