PROFESSIONAL LECTURE SERIES Guidelines Feel free to use lots of images, charts, simple diagrams, and multimedia. Provide video files separately or use YouTube links. Minimize the use of lots of text. Use short bullet points. Minimum font size to 20pt. Plan on about 40-45 minutes for your talk. Plan on no more than 10 minutes of questions (more questions can be addressed at the end of the evening 1:1). Please arrive at VCS at least 30 minutes before your start time. For afternoon talks, be aware that school dismissal traffic can be very heavy. Plan on extra time (20-30 minutes). We assume you will use your computer for the PPT. We have both VGA and HDMI connections available, along with sound.
