Charter Performance Framework

Charter Performance Framework A5: The school implements mandated programming as a result of state and federal requirements A5f – EL Specific Compliant Not Compliant Not Applicable

Compliant: A rating of compliant will be based on: Non-Title III Subgrantees: a charter with at least one identified EL submitting and receiving approval on a Language Instruction Educational Plan (LIEP), a continuum of EL services plan, Targeted Technical Assistance (TTA) resulting in compliance, when applicable. Title Subgrantees: Completion and approval of the Title III application(s) – PRC 104 and/or PRC 111 and Title III monitoring results indicating compliance, when applicable.

Not Compliant: A rating of not compliant will be based on: Non-Title III Subgrantees: a charter with at least one identified EL not submitting and/or not receiving approval on a Language Instruction Educational Plan (LIEP), a continuum of EL services plan and Targeted Technical Assistance (TTA) not resulting in compliance, when applicable. Title Subgrantees: Incomplete and/or unapproved Title III application(s) – PRC 104 and/or PRC 111 and/or Title III monitoring results indicating compliance, when applicable.

Not Applicable (NA): A rating of NA will be based on: A charter not having at least one identified EL based on the October 1 headcount.
