Consolidated Specialty Pays In midst of required conversion from Legacy Specialty Pays system 3-4 Month Backlog: Change from BUMED to DFAS execution DFAS workload increased 20 times normal workload now that all pays have to go to DFAS for payment. LES Entry: Old: VSP, BCP, Continuation Pay (MSP, ISP, ASP) New: “Saved Pay” (BCP AND IP-comprising VSP, ASP, ISP-disbursed monthly, will be a single amount comprising all pays) “Continuation Pay” (RB Annual Lump Sum) NAVADMIN due out possibly late December 30 days after release to request CSP retroactive to 01 OCT 2017
