Airworthiness Standards Generally based on a system created in the USA by the FAA (FAR) and adopted in Europe by the JAA (JAR) now under EASA Certification Specifications (CS). Aircraft, Engines, Propellers & TSO/ETSO Equipment. Meeting the ICAO standard for Airworthiness. aeroDAC presentation

Airworthiness Approval Regulator - Regulators take responsibility for verifying compliance & retain liability. Organisation - Organisations take responsibility for verifying compliance & retain some liability.
