PURPOSE ENUOG has been formed to drive the European Nuclear industry’s effort to further collaborate in the area of Obsolescence. Developing synergies across the industry and a platform for nuclear utilities to openly share thoughts, ideas and successes in relation to Obsolescence, ENUOG will be a forum for development of process, tools and techniques to eliminate risks at a station level associated to Equipment Reliability. Partnering with NUOG there will be a movement towards wider collaboration and integration for Obsolescence programme development. EXPECTATIONS Provide and share obsolescence solutions across Utilities through shared learning and methodologies to ensure a reduction in critical component failures driven by Proactive Obsolescence Management.
Identifying the baseline where the utilities are in obsolescence management (Questionnaire) The questionnaire will be sent to every utilities represented in the IERWG. Deadline for the responses: Friday 6th May 2016. Analyse and evaluate the received answers 14th – 15th June Edinburgh Scotland, ENUOG meeting start working on the common practices and obsolescence KPI and metrics VTC on 22nd September between subgroup members 8th – 9th November 2016, in IERWG meeting first draft of Obsolescence Guideline.
