2004 down 18% on 2003 2005 down 7% on 2004 2006 down 16.5% on 2005 2007 down 1% on 2006 2008 down 13% on 2007 Peak in 2001; now almost down to half of that peak Figures include ONLY Wollongong campus and commencers (ses 1 comm, ses 2 comm ,ses 3 comm). Excluded are transfers, International, mature age students and study abroad.

Outlook for 2009 15 – 17 year age group forecast to grow increased demand for University places over next 2 years the market is growing slowly but . . . our market share of UAC first preferences is diminishing relative to the market
