Spartan The Spartans favorite weapon is a spear. When the younger boys turned 7 they would be able to train for battles, war and the olympics. The women in Sparta could not become a citizen, vote or hold public office. They could represent themselves in court and they were aloud to own their own home. When a boy turned seven they would leave home and start at the military training in the barracks. The women wore plain clothing, they cut their hair short and did not wear any perfume.

Athens By Bree Berry

Athens Athens was the arch enemies of Sparta. Athens is the largest and is the capital of Ancient Greece. When a baby girl was born the father would decide wether or not to kill her. That is because boys make more money when the girls at home and doing the house work. The house of a normal athenian is a two story house but it was very small. Some of the girls got to get a tutor because only boys would be aloud to go to school. Athens was the first place that held the modern olympic game.
