Common Demonstrated Strengths from HAB After Action Reports Demonstrating the ability of Incident Commanders to prioritize mission assignments from multiple agencies and entities such as the utility, emergency management, emergency medical services while maintaining command of tactical operations. Incident Commanders Rock!

Common Demonstrated Strengths from HAB After Action Reports Mobilization of response personnel. Communication between Incident Command Post (ICP) and Offsite Response Organizations (OROs). Implementation of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and the Incident Command System (ICS) by Incident Commanders. Incident Commanders Rock!

FEMA Staff Identified Opportunities for Improvement Coordination of Protective Active Decisions (PADs) in order to keep the ICP and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) apprised of actions already taken. ICP Communications and Coordination with EOC and Utility Liaisons.

Moving Forward FEMA REP will continue to support HAB planning workshops, meetings, activities, evaluations, and trainings. Prepared for the next HAB cycle, which will have a radioactive plume in conjunction with a hostile action at the nuclear power plants (NPPs).
