The Workshop is motivated by the following goals: LCLS Present LCLS injector commissioning plans to a wide audience to allow others to integrate and to solicit advice, especially from those with recent hands-on experience. Provide forum to hear experimental proposals and collaborative efforts, which are consistent with LCLS commissioning plans and scope. Produce a written report (Commissioning Readiness Review), as part of LCLS Accelerator Readiness Review (ARR), summarizing independent assessment of SLAC’s readiness to commission LCLS injector (thanks to John, John, and Siggy).
