Quality Services IIA – United Arab Emirates (UAE IAA) Briefly describe you Quality Services Function UAE IAA does not have team leaders but it has 5 assistants There are around 30 audit professionals who have undergone the training for Quality Review The model followed by the UAE IAA is paid consultants The Quality Manual is used only as reference and follow the ‘Team Leader’s’ approach which is aligned with that of the IIA QA Training Provided: External review, QA trainings, GAP Analysis & Self Assessment with independent validation
