To launch, login to Moodle -> click on ‘Staff OneDrive’ If you haven't done so already, copy one or two of folders into OneDrive on your laptop.

Word Online can be used in both Windows and Mac laptops Word Online can be used in both Windows and Mac laptops. It is quite powerful.

The Newsfeed shows different types of information which is known as a dashboard.

Carry out the Online OneDrive Survey OneDriveSharedDocument: Proof read, leave comments Create or make use of an existing document.  Place it into your OneDrive and share it with some of the others that are in the session. You will need to know their email address.

To Share, make sure the file is closed and Share by clicking on the 3 dots.

Inviting people seems the best option because nothing is anonymous or a Guest.

One can share a link to people just within our organisation (includes students).

And one can see whom the file is shared. One can email from this screen.

To Share a folder in OneDrive with a specific class, first create the actual folder.

Click on the three dots

Note the Surname is used. Type in the name of your class as per Moodle. Note the Surname is used.

Choose the class to share, tick ‘Send an email invitation, press Share button

Class members receive an email with the link to the shared folder
