Hosted law firms graduate recruitment fairs. - Travelled overseas, California ended up in London, EY Fraud investigation group - Worked predominately in-house, 2 years in private practice, roles with technology based businesses, last role in Japanese Investment Bank – Vice President – General Commercial Counsel. THE FIRM Started in London in 2006. Simple idea. In-house counsel to a number of small finance companies bring the in-house service to smaller companies. Mixture of retainer and pre-purchased hours. Returned to Australia in 2011 Clearpoint Counsel 2012. 4th year – retainers and fixed fees. Consultative not transactional law
