MMAPStudents Feedback (Grade D, F, or W) What was your experience? Do you think you were placed into the right level? Did something else interfere with your success in the College-level class? Right level, people are easy to get along with, materials are good It is the right level. She didn't like the teacher though. She thinks the teacher is dis- organized Right level It is the right level. The balance between classes can be a problem. Need more time because of the amount of class materials Right level for him. Nothing really interfere Yes. everything is good Yes. nothing is intervening Right level, not enough time for the assignment 9/18/2018 Cañada College

MMAP Students Feedback (Grade D, F, or W) If you withdrew, why? Because some personal reason. He has something else to do so he dropped the class. didn't like the prof. Due to some family issues, she has to dropped all her courses. Don't have enough time for the first assignment, don't want to effect the group's grade. So withdrew the class 9/18/2018 Cañada College

MMAP Students Feedback (Grade D, F, or W) What might have helped you succeed? Counseling and tutoring are helpful Need to work hard since there were lots of assignment. Did not really know what the college can do to help An in-class assistant may help The learning center is helpful The learning center might help Not really, the course is pretty much self-study course. Just the professor's problem All the resources are good. It would be helpful if the professor share more info on the WebAccess so the students who miss the class can go there and check the materials College's service is good. Just need more time on the course 9/18/2018 Cañada College

Next Steps Share the MMAP outcomes broadly and collect feedback to refine strategies—Fall 2015/Spring 2016 Continue pilot in Spring 2016 using the same implementation logistics Evaluate course success rates of fall cohorts, and revisit placement rule sets if needed—Spring 2016 Study student feedback on placement and enrollment patterns—Spring 2016 David Clay 9/18/2018 Cañada College
