Terms of Reference – Architecture Board Meeting Objective(s) A formal review with the CIO management team, Business Sponsor, and Senior Business Representatives in any instances where a concept, solution outline or design is being proposed that is outside of the architectural roadmap. The Enterprise Architect on the initiative or the Head of Architecture will present the solution to the CIO management team for approval to continue.
