FROM NICARAGUA TO ASHLAND STALL SEAT JOURNAL DIVISION OF SOCIAL SCIENCES  WINTER 2017  WEEK 10 UGS SPRING TERM SECTIONS FROM NICARAGUA TO ASHLAND On March 17th from 12-5pm the United Nations Club will be sponsoring a panel event that will feature individuals from the Ashland community who have traveled and lived in Nicaragua. They will tell their stories, and inform the campus and public about their truth of Nicaragua. 12pm – Free Lunch Buffet! 12:30-2pm – Keynote Speakers Kevin Martin, president of Peace Action & Reiner Braun, co-president for International Peace Bureau, discuss peace& war in the current US political climate 199: Success in College & Beyond! Connect your academics to your life purpose! Learn strategies to increase your success both in and out of the classroom. CRN 7300, 2 credits, R 3:30-5:20pm. 299: Major & Career Exploration! Examine your strengths and passions, and utilize strategies and resources to help you with major and career decision making! Great fit for students still exploring or students heading into the workforce. CRN 7253, 2 credits, Weeks 6-10, MW 3:30-5:20pm. 299: Diversity Dialogues! Come experience opportunities for experiential and intellectual engagement with issues of difference, diversity, social justice, and alliance building!
