Position Posting Title: Position Posting Title: Human Resource Manager/Volunteer Coordinator   Hours: Full-Time/Exempt   Purpose of Position:  - Responsible for all Human Resource functions for an agency with approximately 110 employees; responsible for on-boarding of staff and volunteers, and for maintaining employee manuals, HR policies and procedures to ensure staff and volunteers are well trained/informed and working within all applicable laws and standards governing a multi-service, multi-funder, not–for-profit organization.  The Human Resources Manager serves as primary person for payroll, benefits administration and paid time off; Coordinates and guides the performance evaluation and disciplinary processes. Prepares and submits all required EEO filings and works with TPA’s for Benefits, Worker’s Comp, and Unemployment.    MINIMUM EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field, plus three years’ experience; PHR or SHRM-CP certification, preferred At least two years supervisory experience Ability to use a computer with substantial ease, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to support and problem solve with supervisors, staff and volunteers Ability to work with diverse populations and treat all with dignity and respect Excellent oral and written communication skills Willingness to work occasional flexible hours Ability to maintain professional ethics and confidentiality   All interested candidates must send a resume and cover letter with salary requirement in order to be considered to: Human Resources Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley 922 W.
