Recommendations to the European Commission Conduct a cost/benefit analysis on the adoption of the ARECI study recommendations at a European level Clarify its assessment of the liaison points between this study and the review of the regulatory framework for electronic communications Consider the establishment of procedures and fora that encourages the relevant information sharing related to electronic communication infrastructures among Member States authorities
