Taoism/Daoism: Book The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage. If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are at peace, you are living in the present. Watch your thoughts they become words. Watch your words, they become actions. Watch your actions, they become habits. Watch your habits, they become character. Watch your character, they become your destiny.
