Cycles By Matt, Luke and Adam

Cycle of death This novel has lots of deaths in it, it shows how one death can lead to another, they kill the dog and Lennie in the same way showing that Lennie is equal to an animal this also shows that life is a cycle and all cycles must start and end somewhere. “George raised the gun and steadied it, and he brought the muzzle of it close to the back of Lennie’s head.”

Cycle of dialogue “God damn son of a bitch” The dialogue in this novel is repeated a lot this could be to emphasise the cycle of life like we spoke about on slide 1 “The rabbits”

Cycle of the sun The sun rising is the dream being born and then when it talks about the sun setting it could signify the dream fading.

Cycle of work In this book it talks about work a lot and that when something goes wrong at one place they move on to another place of work like a cycle and that is how they lived their life.
