Mail Merge Functionality

Mail Merge – Sending a template E mail/Letter takes just a few clicks Right Click on Single or Multiple Candidates (or Contacts)...and choose Mail Merge Choose a Template that youve already prepared Choose to send as either a document or an E mail

Quickly add a Vacancy with the Vacancy Wizard Enter vacancy information as appropriate Then choose Save & View to go straight to the main vacancy suite

The Event Programmer programs the application to automatically perform tasks when predefined business events occur Choose Event Programmer from the Administration menu
