Communication on survey The MCA appreciates your participation and values your feedback on how we can best serve you A special thank you to the 59 respondents (total MCA membership = 238 companies) What does the MCA do well? Certification and Code updates Enforcement structure has potentially encouraged successful intercompany dialogue (this dialogue occurs on average 1-3 x per annum per company, as the respondent) What should be the key focus areas? Education and training Communication Enforcement

MCA actions post-survey Education and training – the MCA will conduct F-F workshops x3 / year Communication – push emails & website updates; monthly website “News” updates; association meetings & presentations; external stakeholder presentations Enforcement – panelist training sessions x2 / year Certification – continue to grow the base of certified persons so that it becomes an industry norm
