What is Biometric Screening? Biometric screening provides information about current and potential health risks.

Why Biometric Screening? Employees learn valuable information about their health.

Biometric screenings at your worksite A biometric screening reveals a participant's current state of health and helps to identify any risks - participants will learn what areas of their health may need improvement

Biometric screenings at your worksite UnitedHealthcare has contracted with RediClinic to provide onsite biometric screenings for HealthSelect participants in the following counties: Hays, Bexar, Medina, Harris, Montgomery, Galveston, Comal, Waller, Fort Bend, Travis and Williamson

Biometric screenings at your worksite Biometric screenings are covered at 100% by the HealthSelect plan with no cost to the participant and include the following tests: total cholesterol with HDL/LDL, glucose, hemoglobin (A1C), blood count (CBC), comprehensive metabolic panel and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH)

Biometric screenings at your worksite Results are available within 3-5 days through the RediClinic secure online patient portal at http://myrediclinic.com/ – participants will be given login information when their biometric screening is performed – results can be shared with the participant’s PCP if the PCP’s information is provided
