Specialization Turn to your shoulder buddy and discuss a possible definition and/or example for the word specialization. Be ready to share! What does it mean to be special? Hint:

Specialization When a person or business produces a specific good or service. Michael is a person who writes romantic greeting cards for Hallmark. GM produces cars and trucks.

Example of Specialization Raleigh Running Outfitters If you were shopping for the best running shoes and nothing was stopping you from purchasing a great pair of shoes, would you buy them at Kohl's or Raleigh Running Outfitters? With a partner decide which option you would choose. Have a class discussion on specialization and buyer choice. Why? 4
