Class Descriptions Group Cycle eMbody Group Cycle takes you on a journey that promises to be a great ride! This indoor cycling class simulates a variety of exciting terrains that will transport you and your body through rolling hills, flat jump sprints, interval training and recovery. Group Cycle & Abs This high intensity cycle class that takes your body through many different terrains and intensities, followed by abdominal work. Expect to torch the calories while sculpting your abs! HARD CORE Group Cycle This high intensity cycle class takes your body through many different terrains and intensities, followed by abdominal, core and lower body/back strengthening. Expect to torch the calories while creating a stronger mid section. M-Power This total body functional strength training class will build and improve your muscular endurance, balance and coordination by moving through all planes of motion with multi-joint and compound exercises. Cardio, Core and More Cardio conditioning that incorporates a full body workout developing muscular strength, endurance, shape and tone.  Essentrics™ Essentrics™ dynamically stretches and strengthens every muscle in the body, rebalances the muscular structure and relieves muscle tension. The unique flowing movements of Essentrics™ have been proven to slenderize and tone the abs, waist, and back with simple yet powerful strengthening exercises. Vinyasa Flow A full physical and mental conditioning class, combining strength, sweat and sacred breath as you flow through a series of postures, balances and inversions with mindfulness grace and power. A classic class of sequencing to enliven, strengthen and challenge as you increase stamina , flexibility and finish with a sense of bliss. Hatha Flow Yoga A combination of Ashtanga-Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga. The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". This method of yoga connects movement and breathing. Alignment Yoga Alignment Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on detail and precision in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the asanas (sitting position). Alignment Yoga Advanced Level This is an advanced level class for those participants with one year of experience in Alignment Yoga with Kim. Yin Yang Deepen your yoga  experience with balance of Yin and Yang. Each class touches on a yogic theme and will conclude with a meditation. Suitable for all levels of experience. Yin Yoga Yin Yoga targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Each posture is held for 3 – 5 minutes at a time to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues, leaving you with an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace. There are fewer postures or asanas in the yin style of yoga as are found in more active styles. Suitable for all levels of experience. M-Fusion This perfect combination of Ashtanga-Vinyasa yoga and Pilates gives you all the meditative and flexibility benefits of a well balanced workout. M-HIIT This interval class increases endurance, strength and power with a focus on training in the right heart rate zone to accomplish your fitness and/or weight loss goals. Prepare to be motivated and educated! Pilates 360 This core strength and mind/body awareness class is designed to strengthen and sculpt through Pilates based movement. A great full body workout for all levels. Restorative Pilates Restorative Pilates is a low impact core stabilizing workout designed to improve movement function for athletic performance or simply better daily function. Foam rollers are used to release muscle tightness and trigger points. This unique workout increases body awareness as well as your ability to move through full healthy ranges of motion. Cardio Dance Moves A cardio based dance class focusing on fun and high energy dancing. With party dance moves from the 70s (funk and Disco) the 80s, 90s and so on this class is sure to keep you moving, grooving and up to speed on the dance floor. This class is for all levels whether you're new to dance or have been dancing for years.
