Nonfiction Book Report Project DUE 1/13/17

Create a Google Slides presentation about your topic. Title your document: Block ___NameTopic EX: Block1AndrewDogs SHARE your presentation with Megan Carmichael before you start working!!!

Book Report Project Rubric 1. Make sure you ONLY use COMPLETE SENTENCES. (10pts.) 2. Use 5 different text features in your presentation. (10 pts.)(ex. Photographs, captions, bolded words…) 3. Create Venn Diagram Comparing your topic to something of your choice. You must have at least three similarities and differences. (20 pts) 4. What are 2 vocabulary words one might need to know when reading about your topic? Provide the vocabulary word and definition. (10 pts.) 5. Answer Questions. (50 pts.)

You must answer the following questions using complete sentences about your topic. What is your topic? Why did you choose your topic? What different resources did you use? (Give me book titles) What was the most interesting thing you learned about your topic? What was the most surprising thing you learned? What was the hardest part of doing your research?
