TDES for Pars 2016 - 2017 Domain 1 & 4 Evidence Collection post conference should be complete and in the TDES portal by December 16, 2016

It’s ok to start for yourself. TDES for Paras 2016-2017 Domain 1 and 4 Evidence Collection can begin without the evaluator scheduling the conference or submission date. It’s ok to start for yourself. 9/19/2018

TDES for Paras 2016-2017 “Mark Complete” is used throughout the system to submit forms and notify the other party. Contact Information 9/19/2018

TDES for Paras 2016 - 2017 TDES Process Evaluator schedules conference date. Para reviews and confirms conference date. Evaluator confirms conference date. Para submits evidence for Domain 1/4 in portal. Para completes self evaluation on rubric. Evaluator reviews evidence and marks areas of agreement/disagreement on the rubric. Para reviews rubric and additional evidence from evaluator. Para and evaluator meet for conference and finish rubric. A composite is completed at the end of the year.

TDES for Pars 2016 - 2017 Domain 2 & 3 Evidence Collection post conference should be complete and in the TDES portal by March 23, 2017

Evidence Composite TDES for Paras 2016 - 2017 Evidence describes what is seen and heard, not what is thought or felt. Evidence is what you do, what you say, and what you can prove. Composite Is not an observation event, it’s the final assessment of your TDES Composite is due May 5, 2017

TDES for Paras 2b: Rigorous culture for learning means high expectations, no quitting, doing your best, pushing to learn and grow and not accepting “whatever.” 9/19/2018

TDES for Paras 2c: Classroom procedures are the routines in the room, entering exiting, handing in work, rotating through stations, going to the restroom, getting ready to go home. 9/19/2018

TDES for Paras 2d: Student behavior is corrected and monitored individually and respectfully. Good behavior is rewarded and recognized – it’s not all negative. 9/19/2018

TDES for Paras 2e: Keeping the room neat, safe, attractive, and functional for the kids. The room contributes to the learning. How do you contribute to the room? 9/19/2018

TDES for Paras 3c: Being engaged mean how do you hook them on what they are supposed to be learning so they dig into it. How do you help it makes sense to the kids so they can get more out of it? 9/19/2018

TDES for Paras 3d: What are the tests for and how can you use them to help the kids? If they something wrong can you help them figure out why and how to do better? 9/19/2018

TDES for Paras 3e: Knowing when to roll with it and when you have to meet the kids where they are. How do you make sure they understand before moving on? 9/19/2018
