1. Introduction In previous KAGRA face to face meeting on March 2017,we introduced facilities in University of Toyama. Clean booth ISO 4 : IOO (laser intensity stabilization, green lock) ISO 3: CRY (Hydroxide Catalysis Bonding) Ultrasonic bath Vacuum furnace Many people used and gave useful comments. 2. Ultrasonic bath Water tap is far from the ultrasonic bath. People have to carry many heavy tanks filled with water (20 kg !) … 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3
