Course Description Breadth  The history of the world up until 1750. Everywhere. Eras 5-8 will be covered in 10th grade… Unit 1: Ancient World-Civilizations and Religions (BCE 4000 - 500 CE) Unit 2: Expanding Zones of Exchange and Encounter (500 - 1200) Unit 3: Global Interactions (1200- 1650) Unit 4: The First Global Age (1450-1770)
