C-OSS developments Pre-booking and C-OSS TT Open Harmonisation Path Request Pre-booking Path Elaboration RU TT C-OSS TT IM TT Copy by PCS Copy by PCS Acceptance indicator separation One light for the IM One light for the C-OSS C-OSS light is blue (!) in Path Elaboration → Automatic Draft Offer promotion is blocked until they change First Pre-booking phase: new phase after the RU submits path request with a PaP dossier. In this phase RU has read-only access to the dossier and RU TT. IM has read-only access on the full dossier. C-OSS can edit the dossier and make PaP reservation. Then in Path Elaboration IM has the same access today. C-OSS TT will remain and will show always the result of pre-booking. It’s visible only on the GUI, in the schema it’s not there yet, but longterm that’s the plan. Then the timetables. We copy first the RU TT to the C-OSS TT when the RU submits path request. Later when C-OSS promotes the dossier to Path Elaboration (for timetable) we copy the C-OSS timetable to the IM timetable. Acceptance indicator separation: basically it’s clear, but the benefit is that everybody can search free only on their dossiers. Before Ims received wrong results because of the „on behalf” C-OSS lights. Important thing is the last bullet point that C-OSS light goes blue when they promote to Path Elaboration. It means they have to check the IM timetable when it’s ready and set a green light, otherwise the automatic promotion won’t work. What’s the benefit of these? Much clearer responsibilities. C-OSS developments New report for KPI calculation PAMT (PaP Availability Management Tool) search & report Requests (statuses) Distances Circulation day and whole year calendar K value calculations New window for conflict solving CST (Conflict Solving Tool) view Every request belonging to one PaP ID Direct PaP request handling K value presentation PaP Distance NetPaP Distance Running days PAMT search and report: They can search by request status, pap id, corridor, pap type so they can use the search already for having overview about the requests Then a report could be also generated that has much more information with the distances, 364 days calendar, K values. This is now used by them for KPI calculation CST: I’ve added a mock-up just to have some idea how it looks like. Basically it provides a good overview about the dossiers that requested the same PaP ID. You can see there all the info I wrote on the slide, so you can decide the conflict decision right there and can reserve immediately without going anywhere else. 19 September 2018

Who uploaded them? Who will use them soon? First: what kind of information we store about the locos. I divided it to three parts: ID Information Attributes Then a box appears with the diagram about the publication. Unfortunately not every IM was constructive and sent data, so we had to invent from the previous timetable periods. That is why we are asking for their patience, data quality could be a problem. BUT!!! We can always add new locos. They should contact us. Next box about the use of the locos, first Rus will create dossiers and RFCs will import PaPs where there loco type should match to the PaP’s reference loco. It happens upon deadlines or specific actions with dossiers. New notifications are valid only in ad-hoc and late path request process. Notification module was created where anyone can customize his settings. Then the phone will appear just to have something nice. Important that as default everybody is subscribed to everything.
