Welcome!

The Ellis Tech Library and Media Center You will travel in groups around the library. There are two stations. You will need to complete a series of tasks and answer a series of questions at each station. When you complete the tasks and questions, you will be given a stamp on your sheet. Bring your completed sheet to Mrs. Norman for a prize.

Station One: The Librarian This station is your opportunity to meet our librarian. You will be speaking with him about: The purpose of the library. The policies of the library. The resources available at the library.

Station Two: Fiction and AR Reading You will be speaking with Mrs. Norman. You will learn what STAR Reading and AR Reading are all about. You will use AR Book Finder. You will choose your first AR book for first quarter.

Reminders… You are to move about the library in a quiet and respectful manner. You are to listen and follow all directions. When the library stations are all complete, you will see Mrs. Norman for your prize.
