Dilemma Learning is too prescribed – great script but no spontaneity - Must include elements of play on the other hand.. Simulation becomes ”just a game” and participants do not put in a real cognitive effort - Proper structure is needed Grading goes wrong - Simulation results should not have too much weight on the student grade - Performance, compared with the results of other users and competitors, does not necessarily imply learning - Sometimes students who do badly can learn the most
