The Water Cycle By Jody Jarrell

What role would a body of water play in the Water Cycle? Why is water important to the Water Cycle?

What is the sun’s major function in the Water Cycle? Why would the sun be important to the Water Cycle? Will the sun ever go out? Why does a car get hot inside during the summertime?

S T E A M Where does steam go? What is Steam?

Evaporation Before After Where did the water go once it evaporated? Why is this puddle smaller? How did this water get here? What happens to water to make it Evaporate? Evaporation

Condensation Where is this water from? Is this water safe to drink? What is frozen condensation called? Why does water form on mostly cold things?

What are the 3 types of clouds? Condensation What are clouds made of? What are the 3 types of clouds?

Why does the Earth need RAIN? Why does the rain fall from clouds?

Run Off What happens to the rain when it lands on a mountain? Are mountains important to the Water Cycle? Run Off Where does the water in the streams and rivers go? Does river water evaporate?

How does water get from the clouds to here? Does the water from a fountain come straight from a river? Does this water eventually turn into rain? Is drinking water and toilet water the same?

Can sewer water be turned into drinking water? Would you drink water from here?
