How to update your Portfolio sheet If you are new to google sheet and excel this may need a little practice over time. Essentially we have to remove the sold stock and add in the new stock and if any cash is left over add it to LIQUIDBEES Step1: Note the amount of sale you have done net of cost. ( you can add cost in column K)

In this case amount of sale is 35130 In this case amount of sale is 35130. Update this row with the new stock and enter your date, nse symbol buy qty sell qty etc.

This is what you will get This is what you will get. You can check if your sheet if overall matching if you see any errors anywhere. The model assumes closing price as purchase or sale that may be a shade different vs the last CMP that may shown in the sheet.

You don’t have to maintain the sheet totally like this as you may only maintain your stocks with % allocations and total portfolio value. We will keep you informed what to sell and how much to buy as per the model and the % portfolio to allocate. Queries may be sent in on email.
