Q&A Is everyone getting an email address? Yes. Required to access MyArmy. MyArmy will contain a link to your mailbox UNLESS you already had an email address (e.g., Lotus Notes). People receiving new email addresses do NOT have to sign the computer use policy at this time. Does/Should UltiPro track ‘time in lieu’? Yes. This is a form of overtime and can be banked or paid out. OT can be banked at standard time or 1.5 time according to Federal and Provincial rules. Timekeepers and managers can enter time in lieu on behalf of others. You can’t enter your own.

Q&A Do MyArmy passwords expire? Yes. Every 90 days. This is in keeping with regular expiry of password used to access DHQ/THQ network and SADashboard. Will T4 slips remain available in UltiPro going forward? Yes. T4s will be in Ultipro beginning in 2018 (for the 2017 tax year) and remain available in the system with no expiry. Can I update my own Direct Deposit information? Yes. You can change and add multiple accounts. You MUST remember to attach a copy of a void cheque or other account verification document.
