The source of infection The source of infection source of infection is mainly patients and latent infection.

Clinical manifestation The longest incubation period of 4 days, the shortest hours, mostly 1 to 3 days. Clinical on can have acute onset, high fever, systemic symptom is heavier and respiratory symptoms are not serious, a body temperature of 39 ~ 40 ℃, chills, headache, and body aches. Have save a stuffy nose, cough, runny nose, sore throat, but generally lighter.

Clinical manifestation

The main points of treatment 1.General treatment: (1)Acute period of bed rest, the recovery period may be properly exercise. (2)The diet to light digestible, nutritious food is appropriate. (3) Ensure the liquid supply patient, encourage patients to drink more water.

2.Symptomatic treatment: (1) the high fever to be physical cooling , The best temperature maintained at 38 ℃. (2) General pain can be using paracetamol (3) Using cough sweet, to help sleep take the last dose before bedtime.

3. Drug treatment: Antiviral drugs have certain curative effect in the early stage.

Prevention 1 . found that influenza patients should be timely isolation. 2. during a flu epidemic, not to organize mass rallies in the society, so as to avoid the spread of the virus. Public places greater population density should open a window ventilated, air disinfection.

Nursing measures 1. Patients must drink plenty of water. Preparation of light and easy to digest for the patient's diet, such as noodles, Rice porridge, milk products, Steamed Egg Custard, bread and so on, in a semi liquid, can eat more fresh vegetables, fruits, vitamin supplements.

2. Patients must rest in bed 2. Patients must rest in bed. To persuade patients to stop working and learning, so as not to aggravate the condition or infect others. 3. Give physical hypothermia, taking anti-inflammatory drugs when necessary. Pay attention to the patient's oral hygiene, to prevent secondary infection. 4. Patients should pay attention to regular window ventilation, indoor air purification.
