What is National Product Catalogue ‘LIVE’? The Coles National Product Catalogue Team along with the supplier National Product Catalogue Team expert have worked to align data between what is contained in the Supplier’s catalogue against what is contained in the Coles database. As a result of this exercise, Coles can now start receiving automatic updates through from the supplier’s National Product Catalogue. Out with UBF’s- all changes via National Product Catalogue When a supplier makes a change to a valid item, it flows through to Coles. Minimised keying=reduce errors Retailer is mirroring supplier data=> solution to B2B Buyer’s can accept and reject information automatically received from supplier’s National Product Catalogue.

Item Price and Synchronisation What is it? Automated delivery of Supplier Product, Price and Item information from National Product Catalogue into Merchandise Systems How does it happen? Suppliers maintain their product information on the National Product Catalogue. The Supplier needs to be the custodian of the data Additions/Changes are automatically uploaded to Coles at regular intervals during the day Any misalignments in the data are notified back to the supplier who corrects the information on the National Product Catalogue Enables Suppliers to maintain a single product catalogue
