Athletic Eligibility Any student who is enrolled in the first semester of the 9th grade, for the first time, is eligible to play fall sports. At the beginning of the 2nd semester, to participate in VHSL activities, students must be enrolled in a minimum of 3 new classes the semester of participation and must have passed 3 courses the previous semester to be eligible. Examples: football, basketball, volleyball, sideline cheer, competition cheer, baseball, soccer, etc.
