Why do this? Supplement to free training offered by Weichert Buffini is a recognized, well-respected trainer/coach whose program encourages building your referral business base. Benefit to hearing message from “expert from afar” Financial cost of program makes sales associate more accountable to completing program and taking action Training is led by managers at the local level – grass roots, tailored to sales associates, face-to-face daily coaching

What does the program consist of? Week One *: Foundation of building a great database. Go a mile “deep” instead of a mile “wide” Weeks 2-5: Importance of lead generation, be your own CEO (2 hour session each week) Weeks 6-9: Customer service, communication, negotiating, closing, asking for the referral (2 hour session each week) Weeks 10-12: How to create and maintain a business plan for continued growth (2 hour session each week) * Meet for 2 hours DAILY in the first week; or, spread meetings out over a 16-week period

How does it work? Train the Trainer: Weichert sales managers to be trained and “Certified” by Buffini instructor, either via 2.5 hour web cast, or possibly “live” at a large company event Sales Associates attend a Kick Off, either via web case or possibly “live,” and sign up for Peak Performers program Training program provided by manager in each office Over a 12-week period 2 hours every day for first week, then once a week All material provided to managers; manager/mentor facilitates streamed broadcast

What does it cost? Retail cost to Certify each manager (“mentor”): $495 For certification to continue, must train one class annually; cost to re-certify is $395). Sales Managers will be reimbursed Retail cost charged to each sales associate: $395 $345 plus tax/shipping for program and material
